Baby Rob

I have been spending my time lately visiting this handsome little man! Rob is so precious and such a good baby! I think I'm going to have to see him at least once a week!!!

Baby Rob made his debut into the world this past weekend and I am BEYOND excited to be "Aunt Lindsay"! Remember the Gender Reveal party I planned in December? Well, this handsome little guy is who it was all about!!!

Vacay Day 5

Waking up and knowing that we would be leaving such a peaceful place was a little sad, but Momma and I weren't leaving without doing a little shopping. We started the morning with a delicious breakfast in Baytowne at Another Broken Egg Cafe'.

We started off with a HUGE Cinnamon Roll appetizer. It was SO yummy!!

We did a little bit of shopping in Baytowne and Momma bought a thumb ring. Now she thinks she's super cool. Apparently she's wanted one for awhile because "everyone has them". I didn't know that..

I bought my first piece of John Medeiros jewelry at CoCo and Company. John used to work for David Yurman, so that's why its looks a little familiar ;)

On our way home we decided to grab some famous donuts from The Donut Hole.

Vacay Day 4

My fabulous Momma and I were in desperate need of some girl time, so during my recent vacation from school and work, we decided to go to the beach for the night! Destin is usually our "go-to" beach spot and so we stayed at the Baytowne Wharf resort in Destin, Florida.

When we first arrived we went on the scenic 30A where Watercolor, Sanra Rosa Beach, and Seaside, are nestled. We enjoyed soaking up some rays and reading our books. I FINALLY started reading the Pioneer Woman's "love story" and Momma started the 2nd book of the newly popular "Shades of Gray" series.

We then decided to do a little shopping at Seaside and also tried a piece of chocolate covered Key Lime Pie from this super cute Ice Cream Shop!

After taking ALL day deciding on what we wanted to eat for dinner, we finally decided around 7:30 pm. We had originally thought somewhere in the Village of Baytowne but then decided on The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Back to 30A it was and after an hour and a half wait we finally devoured our delicious blackened grouper and Manicotti!! I decided to wear the new aqua skinnies from Macy's for the evening. Whatcha think?

Next up...Breakfast at a local Destin favorite and shopping :)

VACATION-Days 1-3

Last week was my Vacation and OH, IT WAS SO LOVELY! It was very busy and I was going, going, going all week long, but I wouldn't have had it any other way! The first few days I went to the Tampa, Florida area with Andy for his mother's wedding. I was really excited that I was able to meet his mother's side of the family for the very first time!

To start the 6 hour road trip (Our 1st long road trip together), we picked up a MOCHA MADNESS smoothie from Tropical Smoothie and listened to some jams and enjoyed each other's conversations :)

Can you believe I didn't take ANY pictures at the wedding or during the reception? I know, I know, thats awful of me...but here's a pic of Andy and I before heading to dinner (Carrabba's...YUMMY) with his entire Mom's side of the family. I LOVED hanging out with them so much! Andy's cousin's children were absolutely precious and kept us entertained all night!

Great minds think alike! Andy and I dress alike alot, we match often. Notice the 1st pic...both wearing blue t-shirts, and the 2nd pic....both wearing striped shirts.

Sunday, Mother's Day, we treated his Momma out to lunch before heading back home to Alabama. We did take some pics and this one is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!! This is Andy's little niece Bella. She is so sweet and very artistic! She colored all weekend and even beat Andy and I in a "coloring contest" at Red Lobster :) I did come in 2nd and Andy in last place!

Shopping is a must for both Andy and I! I was born a shopaholic and Andy is in Management and is the shoe buyer for a local outdoor/adventure type store, so a visit to the local mall was needed before heading home.

I FINALLY found a pair of baby blue skinny jeans at Macy's!!! I have been searching for FOREVER for the perfect pair and the brand "Guess" didn't let me down!

I wore them one night at the beach on Vacay which is coming up NEXT...so check back!!

Spring Catch Up

I can't believe the month of May has finally approached us and will soon be behind us! I had my last finals the other week for classes and am done until August! WOO-HOO! The next few months and year is going to be super crazy busy for me but yet SO exciting at the same time! I figured I would do a little Springtime Recap for now.

Here's some pics from Easter of the family. Kyle and Rebecca came home!! I was so excited to see them, we had such a wonderful time with them during their visit!

It's Me, It's Me!

Hello Lovelies!!

Here's a little re-cap to fill ya'll in on what's been going on in this lil' Southern Cinderella's life.

• I have MISSED the blogging world like crazy! I have tried my hardest to keep up with everyone so that I am "in the know" about all the awesome events that my blogger friends have gone through, attended, and planned.
• My life has been crazy busy lately, but I wouldn't have it ANY other way! With school, work, lots of shopping, road trips, and a Prince Charming prospect ( did ya'll catch that?), I have decided NOT to take summer classes next semester in order to just have a 'break' and spend time with friends and family after work :)
• Now, back to the whole Prince Charming thing; because I'm sure that's what some of you blog stalkers are interested in..I pretty much have a fairytale "love" story that I am currently LIVING. That's right ladies, this SOUTHERN CINDERELLA is living proof that a pair of shoes (or in my case, a new dress and an accounting class) can change your life. Much more gossip and pics to follow soon. I don't have the pics on this computer at the moment, so you will HAVE to check back. I promise it won't take a month like last time :)
• One of my birthday gifts from my Momma were 2 tickets to hear TIM TEBOW speak in Montgomery at a Chartity Event...and I took my super fabulous friend ERICA! We had a blast eating some delicious food, getting our hair and make-up done for the event, visiting a PINK cow on the way (you heard read that right..), sitting by some pretty awesome people at our dinner table, and hearing some inspiring words from the one and only Timmy Tebow :) Pics to come soon, PROMISE!
