Wedding Wednesday

It's hump day!!! Halfway through the work week :) My sweet fiancé had 3 wisdom teeth taken out yesterday! He looked like a cute Alvin the chipmunk! The swelling has gone down tremendously and he has been inhaling SnackPak puddings and Minute Maid frozen yogurt :) Andy had gone through this before like a decade ago when he only had one taken out in the Marines (semper-fi!) Prayers would be appreciated for a speedy recover and hopes that he can eat real food again soon....he's like the Hulk when he can't eat. I joke ;) Speaking of superheroes, have any of y'all seen the new Superman: Man of Steel? It's SO good! You should go see it! 

Y'all....I'm getting MARRIED in 129 days!!!! Eeek! Momma and I have been busy planning and getting little things ready here and there! (Back to Andy and his teeth.. Yesterday when the nurses were talking to him about our upcoming wedding his blood pressure started rising... Then they quit talking about it and it came back down! Guess it stressed guys out also!) 

We have blocked some rooms at a local hotel close to the wedding and reception venues for our many out of town guests. The hotel agreed that we could put up a sign to welcome guests. Isn't that fabulous?!?! Here it is! Momma picked it up yesterday!  We will place it in the lobby on an easel :) We are currently working on the welcome bags for hotel guests :) I'm excited about those!

Robs 1st Birthday

Rob is ONE! I just can't believe it y'all! Where has time gone? I was asked to help plan this super fabulous Sock Monkey birthday party for a very special  little 'nephew' of mine! Enjoy the pics!

New Summer Read

Now that I have our Save the Dates all mailed out, I have time to read a book or two this summer :) hopefully! Between all the other wedding details, we shall see! 

I'm so excited to read this book by BooMama! Do any of you read her blog? 

Anyone a 'shop kicker'? If not, you might wanna jump on that bandwagon! I've earned over $50 in gift cards to places of my choice! Of course I always tend to pick Target :) And it's a free app! You get 'kicks' for purchases, walk-ins, and scans! It super fun! It reminds me a lot of the show supermarket sweep!! Please tell me someone remembers that show! Anywho..so they also have 'look books' that show new items in stores and stuff. While looking through the one for Lifeway, I came across this book that sounds pretty fabulous and I'm sure it's a must-read!

My all time favorite author is Sophie Kinsella! Love, love, LOVE her! She has a new book out too! It's too perfect for me I think, especially since there's a certain wedding coming up and all ;) AND its 30% off!

Logan Jack and Training

Logan Jack is still as perfect as ever! Look at this sweet face!

Sweet baby Rob came to visit his BFF Logan last night!

Last night was my 2nd night of training, I'm definitely feeling sore today! Andy and I thought it would be best if I hired a personal trainer. I'm so glad I did! Being one on one with someone is so much more helpful than a group class! Andy is out of town on business and couldn't be here this week as I start my new healthier lifestyle, so to make up for it I received an email that said this....

Wasn't that so sweet? I have been wanting some LuLuLemon shorts for awhile and I finally got some!!! Can't wait for them to come in!!

Welcome to the world Logan Jack!

This past weekend I received a new name! That name is officially "Aunt Babe". My brother and sister in law welcomed Logan Jack into the world on Friday, June 7th at 12:17 pm. He weighed 7 lbs. and 1 oz. Logan is perfect in every single way. He isn't fussy...not yet anyways. He started feeding like a champ and he was very alert within an hour of being born...still is! I have yet to go a day without seeing him! Needless to say his "Aunt Babe and Uncle Andy" are obsessed! My favorite thing is to watch Andy hold Logan but more so hearing him say that he WANTS to hold him. Andy doesn't like to hold newborns since they are fragile. I'm so proud of him! I'm also proud of my brother, he has never held a newborn either! He is doing so good and changing all his diapers!  Enjoy these pics from the hospital!

As you can tell we are all in love with sweet Logan! Here he is all ready for the car ride home!

I start training with a personal trainer today!! I'm so excited! Here's to 'Sweating for the Wedding'! I am looking forward to healthy eating and getting into shape! Ill be sure to share my experience and results with y'all if your interested! :)
