Wedding Wednesday- Engagement Party

Andy and I are extremely blessed with the best family and friends. This past Saturday night our friends came and celebrated our Engagement with us at a party hosted by some of my parents friends. The rain stopped right at 7:00 but most everything was moved inside. The entire party was more than I ever imagined. We are truly blessed. Some of these photos were taken by a hostess, Mrs. Sara. I also collected some pics from my cousin Darby and friend Courtney. Thanks girls!

The food was absolutely amazing! Appetizers were a huge hit, I wish I had a picture of that. Bruschetta, marinated cheese and crackers, and marinated olives. All the men were in charge of the grill and what a fabulous job they did!

When our guests arrived they had a cute valet escort them inside and park their car. This is Tullie, my best friends brother!

Andy and I loved mingling with our guests and enjoyed every minute of spending time with those who came out to celebrate!

Our guests were able to listen to this musician while there! He was so good! He ended up playing on the catwalk in the house since we were moved inside and it was great!

Of course my sweet Logan was there :)

The parents!

My cousin Danley! I love him!
Everyone had a ton of fun with fireworks at the end! What a lovely evening!!

My beautiful Maid of Honor and I!

Thanks to our sweet hostesses for making our Engagement party a night to remember! Thanks for all the love you've shown to Andy and I as we embark on our new journey together!

One Month

Guess who turned 1 month old yesterday?? My little nephew Logan Jack did! Where has the time gone?
My mom and dad got Logan a new swing for his 1 month prize!
We celebrated yesterday by having lunch at LaParilla after church. Andy and I went "strollin'" with baby Logan and let his momma and daddy have a little coffee date alone :) I'm quite certain that little Logan enjoyed browsing through all of the Nike stuff with Uncle Andy.
We also 'strolled' through Target where Uncle Andy made it a mission to introduce the one and only Captain America to Logan.
....and he's a fan!
This is the face he made when we gave him back to his daddy... I can already tell Logan won't want to leave Aunt Babe and Uncle Andy's house :)...and that's perfectly fine with me!
***did you notice the photo bomber in the background? Hahaha! ***

My sister in law sent me this precious picture of our little over achiever or practicing his reading skills this morning! Apparently Logan is LOVING his Jellycat book I bought him!

Have a MARVELOUS Monday!

4th of July

Here's a little recap of our 4th of July in pictures! If you have baby fever, you may wanna hit the back button. Overload of Baby Logan ahead!

These are ALL taken on the good ol' celly! So, don't hate on all the blurry.
I wish I had a full photo of my outfit! It was pretty patriotic and Andy Candy and I were matching :) he called me his "star spangled princess" all day!
Baby Logan had 3 outfit changes yesterday! His first outfit is one that I bought him and had made by SheSheMade. Look her up on Instagram, she makes such great stuff! Logan was able to meet my cousins Darby and Danley for the first time!
After Danley held him it was time for food and outfit #2! I made Sparkler brownies and momma made rice krispy stars and Blueberry Yum-Yum. My aunt made the BEST chocolate eclair cake!!!
Time for Outfit #3! Andy LOVES Captain America and so he loved holding Logan wearing this onesie!

Thanks to all the 'Captain America's' who have and are still fighting for our freedom! Hope everyone had a great 4th!

Wedding Wednesday

It's Wedding Wednesday! Only 115 more days until I say "I Do" to my best friend! This past week I received our wedding present from a friend, a place setting of our Christmas dishes! I'm so excited, it definitely made it seem real that I am going to be married soon! I will be a WIFE this Christmas! I will make my HUSBAND a special Christmas morning breakfast on our fabulous and whimsical dishes!

Anywho, I figured y'all would LOVE to see what china patterns Andy and I have picked out! Mainly me, but you get the idea :)

Our Everyday China:
-Mikasa "French Countryside"
We went and registered for this at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I was unaware that they sold Mikasa. I was glad to know that they do!
The following are registered a local store called Northcutt's. We have another everyday set and a Christmas set here!

-Skyros Designs in "Legado"
Ours is a robins egg blue dinner plate with ivory initial salad plate and mug. I'm OBSESSED with this! I am just showing some pieces from this collection. There are platters and everything too! I even included what the ever-so-fabulous 'M' will look like :)
- M. Bagwell "Simply Christmas"
This is so fabulous and perfect for words!!

*Our Engagement Party is this weekend and this Bride-To-Be is SO excited and thankful for this celebration given by wonderful friends! Pictures next Wednesday!

Hope y'all like the dishes.
