Congrats Tyler!

A huge congratulations goes to Kathy's son Tyler!! Remember Kathy? The lady whom I LOVE and I ate dinner with last week? Well her son Tyler is my age, and was recently awarded a HUGE scholarship for medical school. He has worked so hard for this and participated in many medical students' conferences in Chicago and North Carolina since high school. His hard work paid off and he has won a scholarship that is paying for his medical school! How awesome is that! Tyler is still unsure what kind of doctor he is going to become but is highly thinking about Neurology/Brain Surgeon. Just imagine..no student loans after MEDICAL school..this is a huge deal! Tyler's parents are wonderful and decided he needed a celebratory dinner for his friends and family to help celebrate and give Tyler well wishes! Everyone had a fabulous time last night at the dinner and good times were had by all!

Fun Fact: I went with Tyler to his senior prom 2 years ago!

Dinner Date with the Girls!

Last night I had a dinner date with Kathy and Amie! I just miss my Kathy so much now that she has moved to Birmingham. Remember the post about when I went to go visit her HERE? We decided to go to Kyoto for some sushi. Yum! I had the New York New York Roll with spicy crab and fried shrimp in it...and some fried rice :) Kathy had the Vegas Roll, and Amie had the Hibachi Chicken. We had a fun night laughing and having talks about the England pics I brought for her to see..all 500 of them!
After we met up for dinner, I met with Courtney for some girl talk and some yogurt at California Yogurt Kraze! Super Yummy! We both ended up getting half Peanut Butter and half Double Chocolate yogurt with toppings. I chose dark choco chips, heath bar, sprinkles :) Courtney chose cookie dough bites, brownie bites, cheesecake bites, and I think a cereal of some kind. This was Courtney's first time and she LOVED it! Google and see if YOU have one near you, you'll love it too!

So...tonight I am going on a BLIND DATE! First one ever! I have talked to the guy on the phone twice. Once to get to know, and once to make plans for tonight..but never met each other in person. Pray everything goes ok and who knows?..He might be a great catch!
