Thursday Fun Day!

I have the day off today :) That makes me happy!

I had a lunch date with a friend from high school today, we went and ate at Red Elephant and we both made our own pizza. Yummy! After great conversation and food, I needed to run some errands around town. I dropped off a prescription at CVS, went to TJMaxx, Old Navy, and Barnes and Noble.

At TJMaxx I bought the following:
*2 cookbooks for $2.99 each

I couldn't find a pic of the other book, but let me tell you..there are tons of things I am going to be baking (and sharing recipes with you :) Some of the recipes include, Chocolate Truffles, Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Brownies, Buttermilk Cookies, Candied Orange Peels, Coffee and Walnut Cake, Double Chocolate Brownies, and Chocolate and Vanilla Marble Cake.

*I also bought this super cute magnet board! I haven't decided whether or not to keep it or give it as a gift! It's black and White damask fabric with a lime green bow, and it came with lots of magnets!

Next, I went to OLD NAVY to get some pajama pants for my trip. Well...everything in the store is 30% off right now, so I couldn't leave the cute baby blue ruffle top behind :)
*I went to Barnes and Noble to get a new book I have wanted. I am going to wait and read it on the long plane ride over the pond :)
While I walking to the check-out, I noticed a lot of books for under $9.97. Good thing I stopped because I found this one for $5.97! And I'm a B&N Member, so I get an extra 10% :)
I just LOVE Sophie Kinsella and am super excited to read these two books! Now I am on my way to get my eyebrows waxed and to go with Momma to go pick up her MOG (Mother of Groom) dress from alterations. Jereme and I have a hot date tonight too :)
Have a FABULOUS evening!
