For starters we ordered the Hummus Dip and fresh baked pita chips.
Hummus Dip: Healthy & delicious, made from chick peas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice served with toasted pita chips
I ordered the 'Pasta Ya-Ya' without mushrooms for my entree and it was FABULOUSLY DELICIOUS!!
Pasta YaYa: Flame grilled chicken breast over fettucini with Alfredo sauce, broccoli, mushrooms, squash, peas, carrots and parmesan cheese
Mom ordered the Grilled and blackened Mahi Mahi with Saffron Rice. She said it was better than Red Lobster's!!
For dessert we had an ELEPHANT EAR!!
I hate so badly that I didn't take any pictures :( Maybe next time!
I have some studying to do for a few tests next week and math homework to complete (boo.) so I won't be blogging much this week.
**THANKS so much for letting me know which pair of sunglasses you liked from the last post. I haven't decided which ones I like, I know my momma has read your comments and my post and hopefully she will pick a pair to give me for my birthday :)**
**Also, Amie at Hissyfits has added something else to the giveaway. It's a Flip Flop Game. Perfect to put in your beach bag, or play with the girls. Don't forget you have to be a follower of Hissyfits and ENTER HERE! :)**
Have a FABULOUS day!!

ReplyDeleteThe Red Elephant sounds awesome. I live in Oklahoma, but I'll put it on a place to visit if I'm ever in Alabama.
