Lovely Days

Don't you just love days where you can do whatever it is you want to? They are my favorite kind of days!! Yesterday, I had the day off. I took my last final in Macroeconomics. I washed my car and it is now all nice and shiny, picked up my contacts, and went to Troy with my momma. We did some shopping and just enjoyed an afternoon drive a little north of town. We surprised my Me-Maw at work, she was SO excited!! Went to some cute shops downtown, had a wonderful chicken salad sandwhich for lunch, and came home because I got my hair highlighted in the afternoon :) I then came home and momma had made the first thing from her Pioneer Woman cookbook! These yummy potato skins!! Today I didn't go into work until the afternoon. My dad came home last night from being out of town for 15 days. He sent momma and I this morning to get mani's and pedi's! I got french tips on my nails and wanted something different for my toes...so I chose PuRpLe! After mani/pedi's momma and I went to a little shop downtown and mom and I both bought a pair of summer shoes. I decided on these champagne colored Athena Alexander heels with rhinestones. They are so comfy! Usually if I find a shoe that fits, I must buy it..I wear a size 5 and it's so hard to find shoes in that size!

After working up an appetite, my parents and I decided on Red Lobster for lunch. Dad had grilled salmon, momma had some blackened cajun shrimp, and I had a bowl of Bacon-cheddar potato soup with about 4 of their AWESOME biscuits :) I love some carbs!

After eating we decided to go to the mall and look around, I bought this super cute necklace. Ready for this? Originally $30, on sale for $19.99, I had a gift card with no clue how much was on it! After the gift card, my total came to $2.36 !!! I was so excited!

I then decided that I needed some dessert before work :) I LOVE Great American Cookie Company cookies! So Yummy! We have one in our mall, and I just HAD to have an M&M Double Doozie! They are my favorite! I usually get a Coke Icee too, but decided water was better :)

Happy Late Mother's Day!

Mother's Day weekend was busy with work and studying for finals. Of course, it included a lot about MOM. Sunday, mom opened up her gifts from me and Chloe and mom had 2 gifts for me from Chloe :)

Mom was so excited to get The Pioneer Woman's cookbook. She has been wanting this for awhile now, and has already picked out tons of things to make next week!

Mom also recieved a Lilly Pulitzer Address Book. She has needed a new one, her old little one was completely FULL!

My sweet baby doggy Chloe knew just what I wanted for Mother's Day...a white purse for spring! I love it! It's big, soft leather, and has a comfy woven leather handle. If you want one, it comes in black, brown, and white from Express. (my fav store)Chloe also got me a Brighton cinderella carriage charm for my Pandora bracelet :) I love anything Cinderella (..notice my blog name) It opens up and the inside is pink!

I had a Business Law final tonight which was much easier than I thought. A math one in the morning and also a Macroeconomics on Wednesday. Tomorrow night my aunt is coming to visit and I am SO excited! We are going out to dinner when I get off work :) Wednesday I am off and so excited because I am getting my hair cut..it needs it bad, I just love going to get my hair cut, I might just have to go get a mani/pedi too for getting through finals :)

Happy Cinco de Mayo!!

I hope everyone enjoyed some yummy Mexican food today! I know I sure did! Momma and I went for an early dinner before the mexican restauraunts got packed! Good thing we went when we did because when we walked out, tons of people were pulling in! Momma had the Chimichangas and I had just a Quesadilla and beans. I could eat a meal of just chips and salsa!!

We also went and got some cupcakes :)

Miss Me?

Hey ya'll! I haven't been on in a while, but life has been crazy! I'm sure you all understand what I mean! Finals are next week and I am so excited!! I am ready for summer to be here..England here I come!! :)


I have been working like crazy and am so excited to have a day off tomorrow!! What shall I do? I will most likely eat lunch with mom and study for finals all day and then I have class at night. (my morning class tomorrow is cancelled..yippee!)


I so forgot to show ya'll my newest thing! Look how cute this cartag is on "Sadie"!
It's a mirrored car tag which is why you can see me taking the pic..but it has my monogram on it! Gotta love monograms! I ordered this from The Preppy Polka Dot on etsy. Only $18!! What a cute gift this would be for a sweet sixteen under $20!

Tuesday Trips

Here's a run-down of my day today :) It's been busy but fun!

*I had Math class..we all know I dislike math with a passion

*Then I went to vote. (Our town voted today whether to or not to build a new high school and increase our property teaxes and stuff to pay for it)

*Mom and I went shopping to look for her Mother of the Groom dress.

*We got CUPCAKES from Cupcake's Ya'll :) Of course I got Poundcake with Cream Cheese Icing and also a Peanut Butter for later. Mom got Key Lime!

*Then, off to Firehouse Subs for Lunch!

*After lunch, Mom and I both had eye appointments. It has been 4 years since the last time we have gone...I know, I know, it's awful. Here I am waiting on the doctor!

Can you believe I am blind as a bat! My vision is -8.50...Looks like Lasik surgery within the next year :)

*After that we went to get some new make-up

*Then dinner at a FABULOUS mexican restauraunt called La Parilla's, then came home and watched the elimination of Dancing with the Stars.

Yay for Weekends!!

I am so glad the weekend is here! It has been a busy week, and this weekend is jam packed with craziness!! This weekend is our 1st Sorrelli Party at Hissyfits!! We are so excited to have our Sorrelli representative there and wine, desserts, etc.

Thursday, Amie and I went to Destin, FL for a meeting and we had so much fun!! After the meeting we ate at an AWESOME pizza place at the beach. Seaside, Fl is such a sweet town! The pizza place was right on the beach on 30A.

They had the cutest little cupcake trailor on the beach...too bad it was closed :(
