Not much has happened around here since yesterday. I did make some chocolate chip cookies :) Right as I took them out of the oven I realized I didn't take any pictures! So, you will just have to imagine how yummy and pretty my chocolate chip cookies were! I also went to Wal-Mart to get some stuff for Mom. I love Velveeta and Rotel dip! I bought those two things and some Tostito's Scoops and snacked on it instead of eating lunch and dinner...oops!
This pic is from foodnetwork.com. However, I don't use hamburger meat and celery like they have in the picture. I'm not that much of a hamburger meat eater anyways.
So, I checked my e-mail this morning, and Tales of a Short Southern Momma said she had a surprise for me over at her blog! GO SEE HER!! She is fabulous! I quickly checked to see what it was. I just LOVE surprises! I won an award!!! The You've Got It! Blog Award.

As most of you know I started the Devotional Book called "Lady In Waiting", and I just wanted to leave you girls with 2 quotes that I read from it.
"A woman is not born a woman. Nor does she become one when she marries a man, bears a child and does their dirt linen, not even when she joins a womens liberation movement. A woman becomes a woman when she becomes what GOD wants her to be."
"Happy indeed are those people, married or single, who have discovered that happiness is not found in marriage but in a right relationship with GOD" -Gary Chapman
Have a Fantastic Monday!!
